Buckwheat Flour

Buckwheat flour is an excellent source of magnesium, copper, and dietary fiber.
We happily embrace its health benefits but turn to it again and again for its bold, nutty flavor. Buckwheat flour is traditionally used in blini, but you can easily swap it for a small amount of regular flour in any recipe. Highlight the assertive taste in a pancake or cr¡§?pe recipe, or pair it with the rich, buttery flavor of shortbread.
